Energy Suspension control arm bushings Help!

Hello I finally bought an Energy suspension control arm bushings kit. My bushings are shot and will need to be pressed out and new bushings installed. Anyone know where I can get this done? And for how much? Please reply or message me. Thanks a lot.

You can get this done either by paying a mechanic or by having the proper tools/knowledge and doing it yourself.

Prices vary based on the mechanics hourly rate or the cost of tools you need to buy.

Help has been given.

EDIT: Grammer and spellnig

lol i just replaced my LCA bushing with these 2 days ago. Its pretty simple if you're somewhat handy and have basic tools. Took me about 1 hour for both L and R bushings.
the forums are pretty dead nowadays, so your best bet might just be to DIY.

1. remove lower control arm with an impact gun, you'll need a 19mm (subframe bolt), 17mm (sway bar link and shock mount), and a 22mm(ball joint).
2. take a drill and drill out your LCA subframe bushing.
3. use a hacksaw and saw through your OEM bushing's outer race.
4. grease and insert the 2 piece energy bushing.
5. reinstall arm and torque.

if you dont feel comfortable doing this, maybe just bring the arm to a local mechanic to press it out. Should be $40 to press out 2 bushings.

Where do you live? I can do it, but you'd either have to send them to me (not financially smart vs just paying a mechanic), or bring them to my house. Haha I have all the dies and press. Normally I'd have you buy them, have them sent here, id replace the bushings and send em to you installed.

Adversely, you can cut out the rubber from the bushing (or burn it out) and then use a hacksaw to cut out the race. When installing the energy ones, be sure to use lots of silicone grease and be careful not to be messy with it; it's an absolute pain to deal with. You'll need brake cleaner to get it off your hands.
