2006 G35 too low for comfort???
2006 G35 too low for comfort???
I own a 2006 G35 coupe (non-brembo).
Im currently running tein basis Z coilovers all the way around. I have Godspeed upper control arms in the front.
My question for you is, do they sell adjustable lower control arms for the front?? I went to get an alignment and because I’m so low, they said that my camber is so bad I’m going to run through tires like they’re nothing. They claim that they sell adjustable lower control arms but with the research I’ve done I can’t find any??
Any help would be great

If they claim camber is going to cause EXCESSIVE tire wear then run away quickly because they're full of ****. Camber just determines the angle that the wear occurs, however it still wears out pretty much normally but the inside edges will wear more than the outside ones.
If they didn't take any measurements to give you actual camber numbers then they were simply speculating.
How much lower than stock are you?
Also, there is no front LOWER control arm, it's a transverse link and the compression arm. To the best of my knowledge there are no adjustable replacements for those.

i have negative 3° of camber in the front. I’m a lot lower than stock

But true, its almost nothing when u compare it to how fast improper toe will eat your tires.
Once the initial angle is set and worn on the tire it wears normally from that point on though, just pulling numbers from my butt I bet you would still get 50k miles out of a 60k tire.
