Hi all-
I was bored and decided to shop around for big brake kits, and came across this kit from Racing Brake https://racingbrake.com/2070-k
Seems like a relatively cost effective way to improve braking performance, I haven't heard of this company Racing Brake until now.
This kit does very little other than upset your brake bias and fill out your wheel a bit better. If those are your goals, by all means go for it.
The rotor will give you slightly more heat capacity, but it's still a sliding caliper, and the increased rotor diameter will only amplify the deflection inherent to a sliding caliper. If you want better braking performance/pedal feel, first step is to get fresh fluid in there by bleeding your brakes. While you're at it, swap in a set of stainless braided brake lines and street performance brake pads (Hawk HPS, Sparta 1.0, Stoptech Street etc)
If you want better looking and performing brakes, find yourself a set of OE Brembos.
