Brembo Cross Drilled Rotors Cheap!

Just figured I would shoot this link over to everyone who may be looking for cross drilled rotors. I found this place to be the cheapest and so far have been easy to work with. I just placed my order today for a set of rear cross drilled Brembo rotors. For $325 shipped, I think it's a killer deal! The next cheapest place I found was $365 and everywhere else they broke 4 beans for a pair (backs - fronts a are a little more I believe).

I'll provide more feedback when I receive the rotors, but so far, so good!

Here ya go!

Just make sure they are authentic brembo-drilled rotors. There are lots of places online that using the OEM brembo blanks and just drilling those.

Thanx Puff! According to their site they are authentic. If they don't arrive in a nice brembo box with the gold sheen and the appropriate paperwork, I will def give them a nice lil phone call! lol

Will do! I am thinking since they have about 4 warehouses, they have to be somewhat reputable. I specifcally asked if the items were instock in the warehouse closest to me and they said they were available. So we shall see!

I don't like the fact that they push towards emial for questions etc, but I sent one Sunday night and got a response early Monday AM.

I don't know if its true but I heard that Brembo does not make slotted/cross drilled rotors for Nissan 350z(same as G35). They have an agreement with Nissan that they will not be making cross drilled/slotted rotors.

I found out about this from a guy/company at ebay where I bought Brembo Cross Drilled/Slotted rotors from for my Lexus SC430.

I wanted to buy one for my 350Z also and they said that they do not have cross drilled/sltted rotors for Nissan 350Z because Brembo does not make them. They said that Brembo has contract/agreement with Nissan not to make cross drilled/slotted rotors.

My assumption is that if you get a Brembo cross drilled/slotted rotors, it may be a blank one which was CNC machined and drilled/slotted manually by the company you ordered from.

He mentioned getting the cross drilled rotors. Nothing about drilled and slotted.

As sold on Gruppe-S which I feel is a reputable shop:

Here is the background:
"Brembo Sport slotted brake rotors match the vehicle’s original equipment rotor’s dimensions and are fully compatible with its hubs, brake calipers and road wheels. Front and rear Brembo Sport slotted brake rotors are available to provide a matched appearance on all four corners of the vehicle, and employ one-piece vented or solid rotors depending on the vehicle’s original equipment specifications."

Since I don't anticipate tracking the car, I went with the cross drilled even though the slotted are probably the better choice. My G is more of a weekend warrior mobile then anything else! Just trying to get a lil more eye candy behind the J8 SBC eye candy! LOL

HAHA... your delivery guy is gonna hate you. Those things weigh a ton. Did you order all fours? As soon as I opened the door the UPS guy said "Thank God you're home!!! I didn't want to have to lug these back into the truck and then back out again tomorrow!"

I went to a performance shop and they let me work on the install with them. I didn't want to take the chance of doing it myself without supervision. It's pretty straightforward though. You'll need to bleed the brakes also. Not that tough, just a PITA.
