9 inch wide wheel

Hey guys,

Can you run a 20x9 inch wide wheel on a sedan with an offset of35mm in the front? Has any one tried or would that be too wide? On some sites where they have vechicle selectors say it will, but I don't know if it really would.

Why is a lip so important? There are many styles and tastes out there and whatever is the "look" for you is the best looking G on the market for you.

Wink

Thanks for the compliments, I will get some better photos over the weekend, I get home from work too late to get good side shots. Not to mention my wife's small SUV doesn't give me too much room to shoot in the garage. Rims look sik with lips IMO, but I still get props with my 19" C5's.

actually no lip wheels give the correct view of the wheel

Deep-dish wheels however, give the illusion of a smaller wheel.

Think about it and tell me I'm wrong.

no.. of course ur right... wheels with dishes, wat most people have here are the norm, so no lipped wheels will look bigger...

i had 3 rims on my previous car, 2 w/ lips and 1 without... though i grew to hate the rim with no lip, it always looked larger than those with no lip, reason why i liked them more.
