Does anyone know whether the springs from an 05 coupe with sport suspension will fit on a 03 coupe 6MT? The reason I ask is b/c I have a subwoofer in the back of my 03 coupe and this seems to weigh down the back so that it is front is higher than the front, also I get considerable sinking feeling when accelerating because of the extra weight in the trunk. In order to rectify this I am thinking I could put the rear springs and struts from an 05 sport suspension. I have read that the spring rates for the rear springs of an 05 are like 424 verses 2003 coupe rear which is only 342 or something. Therefore the 05 coupe rear springs are stiffer and will probably help fix my problem since they will support the extra wieght better. Has anyone done this or know if this is possible? If so I would also be needing to find someone willing to sell their 05 sport suspension. Would really appreciate some help with this issue.
