Will these fit my lowered coupe?

I have an 04 coupe automatic.
Lowered on 350Z OEM springs.
I want to put these wheels and tires on with these specs:

19x8.5 front and rear
+20mm offset for all four wheels
245/35/19 tires

I need to know as soon as possible because I'm looking at an ebay auction.
