18 x 8.5 Inch rim- OK on a Coupe?

I have a nice set that clears the calipers etc..., and would run on 245/40/18 or 265/35/18

I noticed that our 18 and 19 inch setups run the same sidewall factor, 45 and 40. Couldnt I use a 40 sidiewall profile on an 18 inch setup? Both run 225 width in front. I assume we need to run a staggered setup front to rear, please suggest what I can do or what I shouldn't do. Thanks

I just noticed that our oem 18s are 8" wide front and rear IIRC. ( maybe 8.5 in the rear) so basically little difference. Does anyone know the width of our 19s?

thx, that half inch difference in front seems like it can't make a big difference in my case. 225 tires can be fitted on 8" or 8.5 inch wheels without any major issue
