Offset info for a Coupe?

Offset info for a Coupe?
What are your opinions on these offsets for some 19" wheels? They are 19x9(+31) and 19x10(+41). Im guessing they are too high and would require a spacer to bring the rears out so they wont looked sunk in. Can someone verify?
