Fix for brake squeal???

I have a 2003 Coupe, just made 40k miles. I have changed all 4 rotors with brembo crosss drilled, because the dealer told me the rotors were bad. I obviously changed the pads also. I have put 2k miles on the car since then and the brakes still squeal, squeak and make every other annoying noise when stopping. I had tracked the car a few times, but not since the new rotors were put on. The dealer now believes that it has something to do with Tien springs, or maybe the swaybars that I put on the car. WTF, or maybe it is the Avic D1 nav I put in the car. I love the G35, but I am reaching wits end here. The car still stops on a dime, it just sound God awful doing it. Has anyone found a fix for this, I obviously will have to do it on my own.

I have the 04 manual coupe and i have the same problem. I changed the pads because they were squeaking and the dealer told me it was time for new breaks. I had them surface the rotors and change the pads (OEM) and they still squeak. Anyone know how this problem can be fixed?

I'm not a brake expert or anything....but I know that there's a certain brake chemical that's designed to minimize squeals noises, maybe putting some of that on there would fix the problem?

Brake squeal

I have owned an 03' G35 sedan and currently own an 06' coupe ive had the same problems with the breaks. I have complained to the infiniti dealer and the most they can say is they are working on the problem. This is the only complaint ive had about these cars.

Come on Infiniti

Before sinking millions into the deveopment of the next Skyline, why not fix the issue of brakes on the current version. It is a damn shame that I have to ride around town with the radio up, so I don't have to hear the bloody brakes. I have all but stopped driving the car.

As much as I'd like for you to have a big brake kit, it's not the solution to fix brake noises.

Try doing a good bed-in http://www.stoptech.com/tech_info/wp...contents.shtml It will take care of the issue about 75% of the time.

The brake pad material needs to be heated up and transfered over to the rotor surface. The material on the rotor is now going against the material on the pad. This allows for max performance and usually quiet operation.
