Depends on how good of a driver you are and how much power you're putting down. For a novice you won't. But if you have big HP and like to brake deep into turns then the rear street pad will probably get eaten up real quick.

For what its worth, the 14" rear rotor offers huge amounts of heat capacity (same as the front actually), so the BHP XPS pads we offer for the ST45 should not have any heat related issues, even on the most aggressive track car.

Wondering if there would be any interest if a vendor was to start a GB on StopTech BBK. Guess it would depend on price.

A high bite rear pad like the Axxis Ultimate or the BHP XPS (for the ST45 Calipers) will still offer good balance with race friction up front. In a racing type of situation with very dramatic weight transfer taking place, a little extra front bias is not necessarily a bad thing. For a pure race car, rear race friction would be optimal, but for track days in a dual duty street/track car the the high perfromance street pads in the rear will still offer excellent performance.
