The axis ult's are great! But dust as well.

I dont really understand the issue with this however. I wash my car once a week, and its not that big of a deal.....

Good luck man! Post up pics

For the best peforming low dust pad, I would recommend the new Hawk Performance Ceramic pad. It has more bite than the HPS (which it seems is not well liked around here with the stock calipers at least) but with the same low dust levels. There's also the Axxis Deluxe Plus which is a low dust and noise pad but with a definite reduction in performance from the Axxis Ultimates.

I love the HPS's. They are great with the OEM replacement slotted rotors.Rob at Z Car Garage recommended the set up and I love it. Low dust low noise and a great improvement over the stock set up. Helps those of us on a budget and those of us put one....Thanks STOPTECH!!

No problem. I know the 350Z guys have complained about the HPS not having the cold bite they are looking for, but they are likely driving much harder while the car is cold than the more civilized and mature G35 crowd

I think they are just fine in the cold but the stock pads do have a little edge.

Seems schizophrenic to me to buy a performance braking system them to hobble it with inappropriate pads...........the dustier the better would seem appropriate!

The HPS is by no means an inappropriate pad for a big brake kit, and if I remember correctly, the 350z guys who complain about them are using stock calipers. By going to a BBK, the pedal is much more responsive and firm which lessens the effect of reduced bite from the pads and will all but eliminate the effect they are referring to.

For you guys who want really dusty pads, let us know...theres some race pads out there that arent only super dusty, but can also stain your wheels and paint...now were talking hard core!
