Anyone ordered from these guys very recently?

I put an order in yesterday for some new tires. Thing is, I called the number they have listed and it's 'out of service' basically. That concerns me because my order is already in. I emailed them as well, and received no reply. I did get an automated receipt of my purchase via email, but the fact that I can't seem to get ahold of these guys is concerning me.

Anyone?

And let's say they're out of business. How would I go about getting my credit card credited?

If after giving it a bit more time and follow up effort you should do ahead
call visa and ask them. I believe they will ask for your request in writing and for all the documents you have for your order, follow ups etc.

I got a refund before on a motel reservation i had cancelled but the motel claimed no record of by doing the same procedure.

Technically no purchase made with a visa is ever valid without an authorizing signature anyhow since it is difficult to prove it was you who made the purchase. That's why you can usually get a refund.

Shady companies generally aren't members of the Better Business Bureau.

Their number doesn't seem to be disconnected today. I'm getting an after-business-hours recorded message. 866-248-4991

You can check with your credit card company if you want. I think you have 30 days to file a complaint through them, so you have some time to give them a chance. Some businesses take a full business day or two to respond to emails. Have you heard back from them yet?
