And it is amazing how much lighter my new wheels and tires are. I had OEM 18's with Potenza RE040's in sizes 245/45/18 in the rear, that combination weighed in at 58lbs.

Now i have BBS RGRs and Michellen Pilot Sports in sizes 275/35/19 and that combination weighed in at 48 lbs!

From 58lbs to 48lbs per wheel!

I wonder what kind of improvement this would make in 1/4 mile times.

 

At least a tenth [0.1 secs], under same temp/baro conditions.
