19" OEM coupe wheels on 03 sedan?

Hey folks...newb here so I appologize if this question has been posed before. I have a 06 coupe MTand an 03 sedan AT...I puts some sweet piaas on my coupe and would love to use the OEM 19 coupe wheels on the sedan...they look hot on it...just wondering if there will be problems with:

1) using a staggared wheel configuration on the sedan.
2) the low offset causing fender scrubbing, and
3) any VDC/speedometer hickups due to the very slight change in overall diameter?

I just put on OEM 19's on my lowered 05 sedan and I have some minor scraping in the rear fenders. I'm lowered on Eibach Pro kits so I dont know if you're gonna rub with stock height.

And like Jeff said, no problems with the staggered set up although im gonna switch to the same size tires when the tire wears off, possibly 245/35/19's all the way around.

Here's a link to pictures of my car
