Still no tracking # . and I placed my order on the 27th of Sept. Today is the 9th of Oct. I was told if its in stock then it will takes 48hrs for it to ship out. but ?????????????????????? 10 working days!!!!!!!

 

Items do take 48 hours to ship if in STOCK. We attempted to contact you several times to inform you that the Ceramic pads were out of stock, after your order was received. We haven't heard back from you until recently. Your pads will be shipped within the next 48 hours as we are awaiting a shipment of rears. We apologize again for this inconvenience

 

I think you should have some way to inform your customer if the parts that they're ordering is out of stock or how long do they have to wait for the next shipment BEFORE they place an order...First, you told me that the ceramic pads are out of stock 5 days after I placed an order. Then 7 days later you told me that HPS also not in stock which you said they were. You could have call, e-mail, or PM me here which you never did any of those above until I PM'd you. There were no missed call, no e-mail, no PM to let me know about my order until I asked. I did also called 1-347-284-6287 / 1-718-305-1920 more than six times but alway get in two different days but no one answered.
I'm just fustrated that all. Like I stated in my PM that "I needed new pads badly." If I have known this then I would just go on ebay or auto store to get them instead of waiting and waiting while my pads are getting thinner and thinner. Hope you understand how I feel... Thanks

I have Endless Vita Nuova pads with the same issue. Would like to know if HPS is like OEM with regard to the clips. I love the stopping power and smoothness of my Endless, but more dust that I thought I would have. How is the dust and noise levels with the HPS? I am looking for a pad that has similar stopping power and no noise like the Endless, but even less dust.

 

We TRIED to reach out to you 24 hours after your order was received, through phone and e-mail. Maybe the number, and e-mail address you gave us was incorrect. Who knows? I don't see why you feel complaining on our threads is going to help in anyway on this matter. I have already PM'ed you yesterday stating that your pads will be shipping within 48 hours.

Bottom line. You ordered, and yes we were out of stock. We tried reaching out to you for SEVERAL days asking if HPS was ok in it's place but were unsuccessful. By the time we finally heard back from you, which was through a PM, we were out of HPS rears. This is obviously just a communication error , but you felt the need to make it public. If you are unsatisfied with our service, then please feel free to take your business else where to E-bay or whatever works best for you. CVR always stands by there customers first, as our reputation on several forums for several years speaks for itself. I once again apologize for this miscommunication and inconvenience and hope everything works out for you.
