I'd like to upgrade my rear brakes on my 2003 G35 sedan with the original 11.5 inch rotors. Does the stock brake shield get removed or modified if I go with the 13.8" rotors? Is this the kit I would order? If so, how huch shipped to 94404?

Sorry for the dumb question but how easy or difficult is it to remove the dust shield?

 

Front is easy, rear needs to be cut, cause it's a pain to remove the e-brake system to remove the shield.
