Benefits of Zinc
Zinc plating is a valuable tool which is used to combat corrosion of steel. A metal bond is formed between the zinc and the steel, which allows the zinc itself to corrode before the steel. This way the zinc will be sacrificed allowing the steel to remain intact.
The basic principle behind electroplating is the process of depositing a metal layer on a metal base using a direct current through an electrolyte solution. Royalty Automotive rotors are vented for cooling unless OE rotors were solid form the factory.

Royalty Automotive OE Slotted pad design allows for heat and dust dissipation, thus ensuring top performance and durability. Royalty Automotives long life formulation extends life of pad, rotors and entire braking system. Low resin content means brake fade is virtually eliminated.
Royalty Automotives Chamfered pad design is OE for improved seating and long term performance. Our Shims mirror OE and provide enhanced noise reduction.
