Looking at MSRP of 38660 and invoice of 35302, according to Edmunds. What is a good price? Have not visited dealer yet. Am in CT.

I was quoted 37200 for a fully loaded 06 6mt IP in Fairfield. Not including TTL. They didn't seem very interested in working with me and kept trying to push me into an AT. The salesmen kept hinting that he thought I was too young to get such a car and that it was not a toy . I know i'm only 28 but come on already. I walked and figured I'd wait for the redesigned 08 and i'll go to one of the other dealerships around. Probebly do more online shopping too. If I'm gonna pay sticker or close to it, im going to atleast be treated with more respect than that. Besides, it gives me more time to save up more. I'm going to put atleast 20-25k down. Unless it doesn't make much difference in the numbers. For 100 bucks a month, I can think of many more financialy wise things to do with that cash. Well see I guess.

Really?? Damn! It must have been missing something then. I never saw the car because they were gonna trade for my color because he told me IP was hard to find in 6MT loaded, we just briefly walked around the lot and then talked inside. He told me it was loaded, must not have had navi or something. I must have been mistaken then because I was told that a fully loaded 6mt can be had out the door for 37-38 if you beat them up. My OTD price would have been like 40-41 right. Maybe I had that part messed up and my friend told me 37-38 before TTL. I guess it wasn't a bad price after all. I'm still gonna wait for the 08 though. I'm in the process of selling and buying another investment property right now so the cash will come in handy. Hopefully it will come out in time next year. First I was told April-May, now there telling me possibly not till August. Oh well. good things come to those that wait right?
