Advice on lease deal??
Advice on lease deal??
06 Coupe/Auto, w/ Premium/Tire&Wheel/Nav/XM/Splash/Trunk Mat...
MSRP: 39,940
Invoice: 36,474
Selling Price: 36,000
12mo/12k
Monthly: $366.90
Driveoff: $1314 (No down payment, just Bank fee, first month, title/reg, gov. fee, etc.)
I think this is a great offer since I'm getting it like $500 under invoice to begin with. Should I pull the trigger on this one? Or do you guys think I can go lower? Also this car has 30 miles on it...this is still considered new correct? when is a car not considered new anymore...like how many miles on it?

Ya I had another dealer who was doing $300 under invoice, but the drive was too far so instead I went with one that is like closer. I wonder if I can knock off another $200 off the price since he gave it to me easily at $36,000. By the way, this is in SoCal.
Would like to know what is the M/F, residual and if 366.90 including sales tax or not? but 500 under is pretty good.
What are you going to do when the lease is up? trying to get new body style G coupe? if so, just word of caution, no one know when will the new coupe come out, if its early in the year, ppl who leased for one year are ok, but if they dont come out til Sept.? what are you guys going to do in the mean time? and rest assured that there will be no deal on the new coupe at least in the initial 3~4 months, even tho you are getting pretty good deal now, you will be paying them back with your next purchase of G35 coupe.

So final drive-off of $1314 ($0 down payment) and monthly payment of $366.20 for 12mo/12K....Selling price of $36,000 with MSRP of $39,940...About $500 under invoice..I think I did pretty good with this deal.

you know whats funny. you think that being under invoice is a big deal...there is a such thing as hold back. because we anticipate people wanting to be at invoice! there is money we get back from the mfg. the only thing invoice does is for the dealerships sales managers. often their pay is determinded from whats before holdback. ours includes holdback, but when you all say invoice this and that, you really have no clue what you are talking about.
