In the market for a USED G35 6MT!!!
I test-drove a 2004 6MT G Coupe today and took it to about 5-6k RPMS and heard a high pitch rattling. Is this common for G35's to sound very rice rockety?

Also, the clutch felt like it was grinding when i would switch gears, I'm sure this isn't normal right?

rattling is a rear wheel drive thing but it depends how many miles are on the pre-owned coupe you're looking at.
