"As you are a shopper, there's no point me quoting a number because you'll simply send an e-mail to another dealer saying, "Miller Infiniti quoted yadi yadi yadi, can you beat it?" What a Sucker.....!!

 

wow i dont see why he would reponded with that. how you go about asking him? i talk to a few fleet manager/sales person and never gotten a response like yours. try a different dealer, he might just have a bad day

 

I've gotten that response - just via phone. I emailed the internet contact and they called and gave that speech. Its fairly common for them to react that way (perhaps not the same tone).

 

Don't blow off all of the dealers with negative initial feedback. At first, that's all I heard. When I made it clear that I was going to buy VERY soon, the dealer that I bought from killed the attitude quick. Do a little more probing before shutting the door. It seems that ALL of these Infiniti dealers have a hard outer shell; some thicker than others.
