Average to a tad high I would say.

What's the sale price of the car? How much over invoice? How many miles a year? Money factor?

 

that was the responce i got from a local dealer...

the msrp is 37 and change and that was their reply.

 

That is a total rip off. With an MSRP of arround $37K you should be somewhere near $500 not $600!

 

Lets see, since the residual and M/F are unknow? lets just use's some what average numbers...

MSRP of 37400, Selling price of 34700 (500 over invoice), acquisition fees of 495, with 52% residual and M/F of 0.0025 (6%)...you are looking at 575/mos for 36 mos.

So I wont say your payment is bad excatly, but you could do bit better, example, if you lower the M/F by just 1%? you lowered your payments by about 25 bucks, at same time if you found an dealer willing to up the residual by just 2%? you lowered it by other 20 bucks and end up around 530 rather than 599.
