Should I stay away from it?
and regardless of year/mileage, I heard warranty is void if the car has salvage title. Is it true?

Yes, Its True About The Warranty...never Ever Ever Buy A Car With A Salvage Title...never.

 

dont touch it, you will pay alot for maintance

 

unless seller provides you with some before pictures.
That is of course if he was the owner when accident happened or if he was the one who bought it from the auction.

There are diff kind of damages that could be done to the car. If it's something minor I'd buy it

 

Also a lot of insurances won't fully insure it if I'm not mistaken. This would be a state to state thing but I belive that's how it was when I was in NY.
