Wow. Coupe residuals are tanking. They were 61% or so for awhile. I hope the g37s are better.

Is that residual for 15K or 12K? If 15K, then for 12K it would 2% higher correct?

can anyone tell me what the payments would be on a bone stock 6MT with no options (MSRP is $34,765 incl destination). Dealer said they would do $500 under invoice.

$0 down, 36 months/12k miles lease

Cap cost of 31528, residual of 59%, no cap reduction...

with 0.0018 MF (4.32%) -- 399 plus tax
with 0.0021 MF (5.04%) -- 415 plus tax

so i guess $0 down, $410 a month (tax incl) for 36m/12k miles is good huh?

no down, just basic drive off, which is approx $1,400

BTW, it says the residual is 57%, not 59%

Residuals posted are for 15K miles/year. Add 2% to Residual for 12k mi/yr and 3% for 10k mi/yr on all terms
If its 57%? the payment would've been 417 plus tax with 0.0018 MF. To get to 410 with tax a month? they would've sell it to you about 1.2k less than you posted (500 below invoice) or about 2.6% interest rate.

I was told by multiple dealers that it's +1% for 12K and +2% for 10K, and <=24 months is only +1% for both 10K and 12K. Anyone else get different information from a dealer?

that is true-- we have restrictions on the term to drop the residual on a short lease term

I meant more of the fact that all of the rates listed by leasecompare say +2% and +3% for 12K and 10K, respectively, vs the +1% and +2% that are actually used.
