What's the best way of getting out an '05 G35 6MT lease?

Hey guys,

I'm considering what's the best way to end my lease for my '05 G35 sedan 6MT; the lease will end by end of next June. And my buy-out currently is about $23,500.

Any suggestions? What's this car going for in the pre-own market anyway? Thanks!

looks like you're on the right track. Refinance as a purchase and then sell it privately. If convenience is an issue, you'll have to deal w/ the termination penalty. Or you try a service like swap-a-lease; helps you find people to take over your lease.

Why refinance it and then sell it? , you could sell/trade an leased car.

the best route is to have someone take over the lease.. like mentioned earlier try swap a lease, leasetrader etc.. are you planning on getting a different vehicle? or did you just want to get rid of your lease period?

I would think you would be able to get out of that on a private sale.
