Top $ you would pay for a '05 lease return?

While searching for a used '05 G35 Sedan, I have noticed that a most of them are lease returns. I have my eye on one that is a local lease return with about 29K on it. It has the premium package. They're asking 22K (this is a "special internet price", they have it on the lot for 25K). I would like to drive away with it for 22K including T,T & L. Do you think it's doable?

I would lose A LOT of sleep if I paid more than I should have & this will be the first real deal I had to negotiate. Any advice or pointers are welcome and appreciated!

I dont know should there be pricing difference if its lease returned, trade-ins or dealer purchase it from auctions, is it a coupe of sedan and whats the options on the car if any?

22k itself is very good price for 05 coupe but just fair price for sedan tho.

It's the RWD Sedan with the premium package (keyless start, Bose, reclining rear seats). It doesn't have nav.
