Are these rates regional or should they be the same nationwide?

The residuals should be national but there is always the rare possibility of a regional rate difference.

based on the residuals, that sounds about close, if you purchase from a dealership (fully reconditiond, etc)

I'm pretty sure IFS doesn't publish their rates officially. Are these considered to be accurate? My dealer is using a higher MF. I mentioned that I saw these published here, but since I don't honestly know how accurate this information is, I am not in a position to insist that a lower rate exists.

I did manage to walk out of a dealership without buying a car yesterday because I did not like the deal I was getting (yay for me! a massive triumph over emotions!) but I really do like the car and I want it pretty bad. A small difference in a tiny number can become $15 a month for the next 36-39 months.

As stated in the post these are based on information obtained from dealers we've dealt with for years. It is possible that sometimes there will be regional differences but this is rare.

These vehicles are still selling well so the dealer has the option of marking up these base "buy" rates. Your options are to shop around with different dealers or use an outside independent leasing company like LeaseCompare.com. You can still get the car from that dealer for the price you've negotiated.
