08 G35 Journey quote - Texas

First of all, excellent board. Never seen so much participation from actual dealers. Just received this offer from one in Dallas:

G35 Journey/Sport/Premium/Net/Splash

Sticker = 37,225
Selling price = 34,438
Adjusted cap cost = 36,895 (with tax & app fees)
Residual = 59%
Cash down = 1,000
39 months/12K miles
Payments = 527.58
MF= 5.2-5.7

Initially, I was shooting for a 6MT, but there's just nothing here in the area. I need to fork over 700 bones to get one from Oklahoma.

So how is the quote compared with everyone else's. Most of the deealers here just won't go lower than $500 over invoice, regardless of how much I pit them against each other. Also it doesn't seem that they're NOT using the Feb 08 lease rates of 4%.

Thanks.

You're letting $700 dollars keep you from getting the car you truly want. Wow. Just WOW. People really are fricking cheap these days. You're already spending $40,000 dude, what's another $700 bucks. My advice, quit being such a cheap azz and fork over the cash for a 6M/T before you buy a car you'll end up wanting to trade in within a year because it's missing a third pedal.
