Thanks!

15k residual, subtract 10 cents per additional mile from the residual and amortize over term of the lease.

If you want 18k/yr for 36 months, you want to do 9000 x $.01 and subtract that from the residual.

Looks about right if that is 15K miles a year. I signed a lease on an 05 in May of 2006. That car had an MSRP of $36200 so it was a lot lower than yours. I have made 35 or the 39 payments of $464.

The only difference was I didn't put any money down at all(Sign and Drive). You put 1248 out of pocket but your car is more expensive.

Sounds like a good deal to me. If my Salesman had offered me that deal last month then I would be in an 08 right now instead of hoping for the 09 G37 sedan!

Currently I have an offer on the table but wanted to run it by you guys.
G35xS with the prem. and sports package.
Their offering mid-$500s for 24 months with 15K/yr with a buy out option of $27,072. This is including taxes but not fees. What do you guys think? Should I negotiate the buy option down to $25,000, is that reasonable? Thanks, I'm looking forward to being a G35 owner!
