hey guys im finally getting the dream car and finally found one that i dont need to get shipped to my house.. its a 2003 Red 6mt with Nav and has 42k miles..its fully loaded Aero package with sunroof comeplety stock..hes asking 22900....how much do you guys think its worth or what i should offer...thanks for the help

 

sedan or coupe? If sedan, way overpriced. You could get a 06 for cheaper. If coupe, still overpriced. Get him down to 16-17, maybe lower.

 

Really....we can go lower than 16 on a coupe? I'm about to purchase in 30 days now. I'm aiming to not spend more than 18K but if I can get them down to 16 or less I'll be REALLY happy.

it's got a lot of miles on it though. In my market I think 17 would be a fair price for one (03, 04) with low miles. I'm in central FL.

have you ever thought about going to used car auctions? If you know someone in the car sales biz you might be able to get better price cause this is usually where used car dealers get their cars before they mark them up.

 

ya but we only have like 2 of them around here and i work thirds...so that didnt really work out for me, with my time line being asap lol...waiting for a 6mt nav at an auction might be worth it, but would take forever

 

your in central FL? Manheim has plenty of 04 coupes run through in orlando and palm springs auctions. Im with the guy above, if you can try to find a buddy in the biz and the time to go check into that. I would kill to have been in the Orlando auction last week when 12 coupes all rolled through the line! atlanta and GA are killing me trying to find one of these cars.

The 03 you mentioned though, as long as it has been no wrecks I would say is worth 18k fairly. If it has any damage at ALL or EVER, then 16-17k is more than fair. You can find 04 coupes in the 55k mile range all day long for 17.5K Anyway good luck with the hunt! Im still hunting myself and sold my truck today ARGH!

 

i wish i was from central florida...im from ohio, where these cars arent selling for anywhere near those prices
