Consumer Cash Rewards

I bought my car in 2004 from infiniti South of Atlanta. When I purchased the car they gave me this Consumer Cash Rewards $1500 certificate to go towards the car. All you have to do is wait 39 months to submit all of your paper work and you get the money. Well I submitted my paper work in back in November and I got a document from them stating that I had a valid claim and things would be processed shortly. Its now april and nothing.

Has anyone else been screwed by them yet? Here is the article I found about them:

I purchased a hottub from Recreational Warehouse in Virginia Beach, Va and the exact same thing happened! Got the response that I had a valid claim and 9 months later still no money. I emailed them at their website twice and got no response. Tried a phone number that the manager at Rec Warehouse gave me and it it's not a working # any longer. If you have any suggestions or have had any success, please pass it on.

 

it took almost a year for them to send it tome or WHAT LITTLE they actually paid. THey paid 18% of the total value. Don't expect to get paid the full amount. Tell everyone you know about them that this is a scam style offer that car dealerships and other places offer as incentives.
