I ran across the 07 G35 Lease numbers document from October 2006 when the 2007 model first came out. The lease numbers were not so good back then when you consider they were selling the cars way above invoice. Here is what the document said. I have also attached it for reference.

Sedan Sport model 36 months 15K miles per year
Residual 57%
MF .00236

Anyone think the 09 G37 numbers will be any better?

The current G35 numbers are
Residual 59%
MF .0015

That doesn't sound like much but it actually ends up being a lot when you consider the 08's msrps are heavily discounted right now.
