They are charging me $99 for a hole in my F'ing floor mat. I only wear normal shoes. No heel-spur cowboy boots, no golf cleats, and no ice skates. If there is a hole in the mat, its because they forgot to put a rubber heel rest in when they designed the car. This is not excess wear, it is normal wear. And if they are gonna charge me, how about list, not MSRP!

So, can I argue my way out of this?
