Go for it? '06, 45k, $19k - UPDATE!

Done deal @ $18,500. I'm stoked. Semi-bummed I didn't pick a more catchy username since I'll obviously be sticking around here now. But it's my standard across pretty much every message board I frequent.

The color combo is tops for me. I'm only wary about the 45k on the clock. They have done the 45k service on it.

I'm demo-ing it tonight, so I can go over it with a fine-tooth comb without the sales guy looking over my shoulder. During which time, I'm also going to drive it to another dealer to put in a last shot at another one. Also an '06, Platinum on Graphite, 25k on clock, and they're asking $21388. I've offered over the phone to buy it today for $22k out the door. After 3 call backs from them, i'm standing firm. Figured I'd pull on to the lot in the demo to give it a look and give them one last shot.

Anyway, what do you guys think? 45k too hight of miles for a 1-owner Cali lease return?

Lowball them even more, you'd be surprised how bad dealers are trying to sell cars right now. Plus, they make a ton of money on used cars meaning there is room for them to give.

45k isn't that bad at all. I'd say if you're a sedan guy, go for it.

Fortunately / unfortunately, I've got a 9 and almost 6 yr old. So as big of a hard-on that I get looking at the coupes, it's not an option.

I've always LOVED the look of the G's. And after driving it tonight, both the wife and I have already decided.

So working on getting $18500. CPO is an option, for $895. Would also get me 3.9% for 60 months.
