Anybody work at Carmax?

Or knows of anybody that works at Carmax? I was wondering how strict are they on their "no haggle" pricing? I remember talking to a sales guy or girl (can't remember) a couple of years ago and they told me that their prices were non-negotiable, needless to say I walked away.

But I see that they have a couple of G coupes I may be interested in, but wanted to work on the price.

my friend works there, the prices are non negotiable. The only thing they can "maybe" give you lee-way on is the financing if you choose to go thru them. Don't waste your time trying to haggle. If you want a better price buy private.

I worked there for a little while, and it is non-negotiable pricing. Finance rates are negotiable but not at the will of the carmax sales assoiates. It depends on credit history/terms. But, the cars they sell are usually good deals. Better than dealerships, and with better vehicle histories/ maintenance records than private sellers. All cars that carmax buys from sellers that have modifications, certain types of damage, etc. go straight to auction. for ex, my buddy sold his G35 to carmax, but he had replaced his stock cats, with stillens and carmax sent his car to auction... just FYI
