First Post -- Is This A Good Deal???
Hello everyone,
I have been car shopping for awhile now, changing my mind hundreds of times and all I know for sure is I want to spend under $30,000. I love the G35 look and feel and I came across this one on craigslist which is only 30 mins from where I live. The seller is very firm on the price, do you think this is a good deal?

Highlights:
2008 Infiniti G35x Sedan
-6,800 miles
-Platinum Graphite on Graphite
-Sport Package
-Premium Package
-$29,000 or $28,000 if I buy from his BMW dealer, where he is buying a new car.
Any input would be greatly appreciated!
EDIT: I apologize, I did not see the buying/leasing forum...MODS could you move this over there?

Back in December, new G35x premium, nav, ipod were 32500. I didnt really look at models without nav, but i remember they were upper 20's, brand new. I think that 28,000 for a used car is a lot. I'm not sure if there are any more new 08's left, but I would definitely check on AutoTrader, or Cars.com and try to work out a deal

I think its another 1,000. Either way, if its not advertised, you can negotiate the price. The dealers want to get rid of the cars off their lots, cause new g37's have been out for a while already. Dont settle to get a used car for 1-2k less than new.
The car you are talking about MAY be close to new, but
1. You're not the first owner. The little money you save now, will be the money you lose if you sell the car back. At that time, potential buyers will see that your car is around the same price as 1 owner cars, and will pass up on your car.
2. You don't know how the first owner treated the car.
