Modified and high miles for its year

So I have come to notice the past few months that the book value of the G35 has gone up quite a good bit. I used to see 2006 coupes with premium and sport for around 19 to low 20's. Now they're in the mid 20's and maybe up.

I have found a car that looks like its in decently good condition and has very tasteful mods done. Basically if I were to buy it I probably wouldn't touch it any further. They're asking about 19, but it is modified and it has 67,920 for a year 2006. Thats averaging low 20some miles a year.

How do you guys feel about buying a modified car (usually means driven hard) with that many yearly mileage for such a price. If I should even go for it, what should I offer? And one more, how reliable do you guys think the G35 is in the higher mile range?

I would go check it out but its quite a distance away and I don't want to waste time to it ending up being not the best idea.

I personally would not buy a modded car.

But high miles on a newer year can be a good thing though, means they are all highway cruisin miles.

That's still way to much money though man, keep looking!

Alright man, thanks for the advice. Its just kinda rough now since that all these good packaged G35 coupes were in my price range just a few months ago, now it seems like such a far reach..

Keep lookin' I shall!

We looking at the same car?

Never heard of someone hating on anything BBS makes.

They will definitely go down to 18,000. If anything I'd try to talk them down to 17 or 17,500
