should I go for it?

Sup fellas, I need y'all opinion on this possible purchase.
I found an 04 g35 coup at a dealer, they're asking $21566 n it has 46k. The car is black on black and fully loaded, it has a few rock chips on bumper, hood n one on the door.
The sales guy keep calling me since I told him ill think about it(I don't answer phone). Btw I'm putting 4k down. Might purchase extended warranty if I get car.

Please give y'all most honest opinions. THANKS

WAY WAY WAY to much!

Two years ago in 2007 I bought an 04 with all packages except navi, 32,000 miles, NO rock chips, perfect condition inside and out. Only problem was it was still on stock tires, so I needed to replace those.

I bought the car for $17,500. You must get him down at atleast 18,000 before even making an offer.

And bro, I see you're located in PA. Do some research about the car, know what you want, know what is good and bad about the car and then go to the Manhiem Auto Auctions and get a great deal!

it is a bit high.seems like the price varies a bit from east to west coast. i feel like i paid a little too much all the time when i hear about these west coast guys getting 06-07s for what i paid for my 04. last january i paid 19k out the door for an 04 coupe with 31k on it. then about 4 months later, the resale on our cars dropped a ton and i was seeing them everywhere from 14-20k depending on condition and miles. id say, you can easily negotiate 10-15% lower than their asking price.

I figure it wase too high, most of the dealers around are asking similar price. Private sellers are the only ones selling in $15-19k range(most high milage). If the dealer don't drop the price n I go the auction/p seller route, how easy is it to get ext warranty just in case the problems these cars have wasn't addressed by previous owner. I have been reading everything I can find, mostly on this forum. Ill talk to the sales rep tomaro n see what's the deal, if that don't go thru, I'll just keep searching.
Thanks again .
