Help getting out of a lease!!
OK.....more bad news.
Went to carmax....they appraised $6000.00 bucks.
Problems: 1.) they claimed entire car has been repainted. 2.) needs new front tires 3.) no carfax history because its indian tagged car and is leased.
OK....this car has been in two parking lot wrecks. 1st was just the front the front left and someone pulled out infront of her...the other car took off her bumper. The bumper was supposed to be replaced but i will have to check. Possibly hood damage, i cant remember. The 2nd wreck from was from the rear and someone slammed into her rearend. it took the rear bumper off and damaged the support underneath..nothing else was touched.
So now im semi lost on her options with the carmax being soo low. The only thing i can think is take it back to Dealership and demand the work be redone proper with replaced panels like they were supposed to do...thats if the carmax guy was right about it being resprayed....then i can try and sell the car on my own...however im unsure on what to do about the carfax and past wrecks...if i get it fixed properly then i guess i can just not tell people its been in 2 wrecks?
whats your opinions people...i gotta dump this car...its stressing me out.
thanks everyone

if you pay someone to steal and vandalize the car it's an insurance fraud.
If you park it in the ghetto for few weeks and it get's stolen and vandalized..........it's not (just don't tell ins company that you parked there hoping that this will happen to the car)
Good luck.

Unless you have GAP insurance, and want to try and do something illegal and nefarious, I would just call up Chrysler credit, and see if you can negotiate the return price. They are getting it back a year earlier, so that should mean something. $4250 to turn it in today seems reasonable. They did the repairs, so there shouldn't be a deduct. You are already upside down on it, might as well cut your losses. Maybe buy a couple of tires off ebay before returning it. You will save over grand on insurance.

DOMO
trade that bish in if you were planning on getting another infiniti anyway.
See what they can give you...hopefully you're not too upside down. or you might have to play games with chrylser and see if they'll take it back if you buy a new or used car from them (I wouldn't, hate their line) either way....sounds expensive. make sure to never let the wife work out car deals without you. whats up with racking up so many amazing miles a year earlier anyway?

Grow a pair.
Put on your pants. Tell your wife that you have spent a considerable amount of time trying to accommodate her foolish whim because you love her,
but you are not going to waste the family assets on a bad business deal because she made a bad purchase and is too impatient to wait until the contract she committed to has been fulfilled. After all, she created this problem before you were married. It is not your responsibility to clean up her old messes. As adults we have to live with the consequences of our actions. Perhaps you could mollify her with the promise of a new washing machine or some other practical labor saving device that would make her life easier and would be a sound investment rather than a waste of money. If she wants to take on a second job to pay off the car, try her luck at renegotiating a more favorable deal or perhaps forgo some other luxury she indulges in to pay for it, you will entertain further conversation on the matter but for now, the subject is closed.
If she doesn't like those options, withhold sex from her until she comes around. Either that or suck it up and drive that dog yourself but I don't recommend it. Doing so would give her the upper hand and you would lose all power in the relationship.
Just kidding. It doesn't sound like that will work in your situation and might even be sexist.
How does ignoring her work? Can you stall for a year? Have you considered knocking over a liquor store? Good luck buddy,
