I have been emailing the seller of #1 back and forth and I believe it's not legit. Read the following email from the seller and let me know what you think:

Hi (LiquidClen),

I am willing to negotiate the final price of the G35. Unfortunately right now I am in Hawaii with business and I am unable to close this deal in person. I left the vehicle at DAS shipping company. As well I have faxed all the vehicle documents to Yahoo! Finance.

Here is how the process works:

- You give me your full name and shipping address,
- I register our transaction with Yahoo! Finance,
- Yahoo! Finance will email you the transaction details,
- I ship the vehicle,
- You receive the vehicle and inspect it for 7 days.

Yahoo! Finance will hold the money until you inform them of your final decision. The car will be delivered with all the original documents (signed title to!). You will have 7 working days to inspect it. If the car is not as described you will have to ship it back within 30 business days on my expense, but I am sure you will keep it.

If you agree please send me your full name and shipping address in order to register our transaction!

Regards,
(seller)

#1 man...always get a newer car when you can, the resale value will eventually justify this decision. but make sure to do a pre-purchase inspection when buying from an individual...it's always worth the money

Scam. Yahoo does not have an escrow service. Don't even think about sending money somewhere, pay for whatever car you buy with a cashier's check IN PERSON.

If I don't find one optioned out the way I want soon (06 MT Black or Red on Black, loaded w/ Nav, RAS preferred, less than 40k miles) I think I'm going to have to start looking elsewhere, because I currently don't have a car
