Looking at an '03 IP coupe...Go for it?

Hey what's going on everybody, Newbie here. The G35 has always been my dream car since I first laid eyes on it, and now it seems that things are playing out my way to where I can get one. For that reason I've been in and out of this forum (which is one of the best put-together forums that I've seen ) to learn more about the car and to see what I'm getting into.

Now to the car. I found an '03 IP G35 Coupe 6mt with 70k miles on it and from the pictures I've seen and a personal call to the seller it seems that it has everything but Navi. I'm pretty sure it even has the wheels from the later sports edition package? I could be wrong. Anyways, I'm going to be going down tomorrow to test drive it tomorrow and personally inspect it. The seller is asking for $16k but openly said that he is negotiable on the price. What do you all believe I can talk him down to? Unfortunately I only have $13k to spend, so that keeps my options rather narrow.

I'm already going to be checking for: feathering of front tires, brake pads, windows motor, if he's changed tranny and coolant recently (you all say every 60k miles), and to listen for the rear axle click. Anything else major I should be aware of?

Thanks ahead of time, I appreciate it.

Check if the seat motors work, see if he always had his service done by carfax history, check if driver's seat squeeks, see if there are any leaks under the car, check for this one squeeky noise in the engine, and see if the air conditioner/audio headunit works as it costs like $300 just to fix that
