I'm looking to purchase a 05 G35 Coupe 6MT. Current listed price at 18.5K, with 43,110 miles. Comes fully loaded. However a simple check on autocheck for a sample report, it shows 17 records. Unfortunately, I don't have access to autocheck or carfax right to see what the 17 records are. If someone could please help on this, much appreciated. (VIN: JNKCV54E25M422299) Also will like to see what is the forum recommendation on pricing for this car. Body wise, it has the usual minor dings and at least one good size curb rash on one of its rim.

Can't help with the carfax/autocheck, but that's a similar deal to what I bought about a year and a half ago. Mine was about the same price, '05 6MT, 34K, but pretty much mint condition. I bought mine from a private dealer, but had an Infiniti dealer do a full inspection on it.

I'd say as long as nothing major comes up when you run the check on it, it's a pretty reasonable deal.

 

Ok, so went with a friend to test drive the car. A couple of things that we could point out. A clear bra was installed (ewwwwwwwww personally). The car seems to be lowered. Can't really say for sure on that, but it just comes from pure looking at it. Might be a minor issue with second gear. Did an autocheck myself, and it claims "calculated 3 owners". So plan to used all these to hopefully bargain price down to 15k. Think they will bite?
