Hey. Im new and I am interested in purchasing a 2004 G35 Sedan with 98k miles on it. I was wondering what kind of problems, if any, do G35s normally have around this milage? Are there any other common mechanical with these vehicles. Ive did a Carfax and AutoCheck and they both came up clean. The vehicle was serviced at dealerships. I appreciate all responses

 

window motors and door lock actuators go out frequently on these cars, you can figure $500+ for dealership repair if you don't DIY. Would help to know if it is 6 speed or automatic.

 

Valve cover leak, compression rod bushings, BOSE sound system has issues if it is comes with the "premium" sound. Got an 04 has well, had 3 for 3. Make sure you get at least a 90 day warranty w/ the dealer and get it inspected b4 you make a decision.
