Is this a good price? I'm sorry really need a car my Lincoln LS A/C went out and has a slightly leaky head gasket and i just want to get out from underneath it. Always loved these cars. Is there anything I should look at/for? I know it has high miles but these engines are supposed to be pretty reliable. Please help a potential new forum member out. Thanks!!!!

Seems a little pricey for the mileage it has.

It's not a terrible price, but not a great one either. Our cars have timing chains so you don't have to worry about that. If it has a 6 speed I would have a compression check done and check the oil because the Rev-up engines have known oil consumption problems. Also would make sure the transmission fluid has at least been drained and filled once if not twice if it's an auto and the differential fluid too with those miles. Take it for a test drive and listen for any clicking for front wheel bearings or popping for endlinks or compression rod bushings that tend to go on our vehicles as well.

Hope that kind of helps what you are looking for.

Just to give you an idea, I will be listing my 06 black on black fully loaded coupe with 50k miles and an extended 4 yr/50k remaining bumper to bumper warranty for $18,500 by next Friday if that helps with the negotiating.

Personally I would avoid. There are far better G's out there. Not to mention the carfax reports an accident and 4 previous owners. If you decide to buy it you need to have it fully inspected.

I agree with OP that so many owners and 136K miles, for $10 you can get a better car.

Good price for this car s/b no more than $8K.

I paid 10K for mine with 50K miles basically mint
This is a awful deal, granted mine is a a sedan but the prices are not that much different to be perfectly honest
There are way better deals out there

I'd say $9K is ballpark for it
