2007 Infiniti G35 X AWD HIGH TECH (89,470 km) -$16,990
Hi all,
Any tips before my wife and I test drive this guy tonight?
It's primarily for my wife as I'll stick to the motorcycle but I expect a solid car when I get the chance to ride it

It looks like a very nice car. The price although seems a bit steep. Does this one with a warrantee (sorry if I didn't dig enough). I used to own a sedan and it was very solid, but be know this isn't a Honda and will see higher maintenance costs before you purchase. The AWD part on these cars is more about safety and reliability in bad weather apart from performance.
It's a good buy, just compare it to the value of used Infiniti cars in your area and make a wise decision.

Well guys, I bought it - I am officially part of the G35x crew.
So far, so good (although my wife had it all night :P).
The price was good, relatively speaking. It was on the lot for ~1 month and it recently just went down $2,000. Living in Nova Scotia, Canada we get the **** end of the stick when it comes to prices, availablity, and tax (15%).
Since this is my first car (I typically ride a Harley), I purchased the warranty from SECUREDRIVE - 3 year/45,000KM package - $50 deductible (ELITE) - which is pricey, $84/month. (http://securedrive.ca/products/mecha...wn-protection/). I did my research on 3rd party warranties and this one stood out (Canadian company). It specifically was integrated to the Infiniti dealership in my area.
I figured the peice of mind for my girlfriend and I was worth it..
It was overwhelming getting in the cabin yesterday and having all the options/bells/whistles going off (I can only imagine an 2013-14 lol). It looks like I have a date with the Owner's Manual over the next few nights
Perhaps I'll start a blog and keep everyone posted on the car and the ins-and-outs from my perspective. I've looked at Infiniti's for a LONG time and found the experience exciting! Looking forward to scheduling my first routine maintenance (96k).
I have been wanting an Infiniti for YEARS and it's finally happened!
