You have a single intake because you only have a Rev Up. The ones with dual intakes (sedans and G37s) are the HR motor.

Ahhhh. It's still and improvement over the DE, so I'm happy.

Do the 07 rev-ups still have the consumption issues, or did Nissan remedy it? Mine isn't consuming oil, but just incase.

i got a 06 auto :( because the manual ones have had problems burning oil and i am loving it its pretty good in snow

I would get the 04 g35 with brembos and below 100'000 miles, for your price range you might be able to find one in decent condition, I would steer clear from the 05-06 as the oil consumption and rev up engine has more issues and requires more maintenance.
