2006 G35 6MT or 2006 G35 6MT lol

Hey everyone!
Brand new to this forum as I will be purchasing my first G35 tomorrow!! I'm so excited I literally can't go to bed.
Anyways, I still haven't made my mind between two!!! They're almost identical cars (Diamond Graphite) except for these few differences. So here's the breakdown:

First one:
- 78,000 miles, however, Infiniti changed the engine due to the oil consumption issue 13,500 miles ago, and the owner installed a new clutch while they were at it. (Does this mean the car is worth more now?)
- Almost flawless except for some paint fade on the spoiler and a small dent in the front bumper (not an issue for me as my family works in the car business)

Second one:
- 44,000 miles. Done.
- Completely and utterly immaculate.
- No rear spoiler (Can be added very easily right?)

The only concern I have with buying the second one is this oil consumption issue is huge, and the warranty is done (they're both 2006), so I don't want to purchase it then get stuck with a lemon. Does Infiniti still fix it if it has the oil consumption issue????

Let me know what you guys think, they're both the exact same price! Which one should I go for?? THANKS!!!

I'd take the 2nd one with less miles. I have an 2006 with no oil consumption. Not every 06 has oil consumption issues. Plus I think spoiler less looks better than paint fade and dents.

This is late but I hope you picked the second one too. As stated like Henry, not all have oil consumption issues, though I have heard some start later?? Not sure if its true. But anyways, there is a nice set up to prevent this issue. Its the oil catch can install which prevents this from happening.

I also bought a Diamond Graphite 2006 Infiniti G35 Coupe 6MT with 35,000 miles. Though... mine had the lemon title. Car was from Indiana and I am assuming the previous owner returned it and dealer had to resell it with the lemon title. I did call infiniti customer service and they did reaffirm to me that it was due to the oil consumption issue. They changed the motor and resold it to the person whom I bought it from.

Currently have 45,000 miles since when I bought it (last year 2013 June). And I have zero oil consumption issues which I am very happy for.
