Good luck
Thanks for the heads up! Yeah they replaced both belts, I picked up the car yesterday and sounds and drives great. I might have to start another thread on this but I am hearing some wind noise from thebottom of the drivers side of the windshield, it is more prominent when I hit the accelerator, which I thought was weird. I also feel a little draft there when I put my hand on the vin plate, any ideas? Bad seal on the windshield maybe? Also noticed the tpms light comes on after a little drive, tires are good on air so probably a bad sensor which I will have the dealer take care of since I mentioned it before I bought it. I am somewhat concerned about the air in the windshield tho, its lile I can hear the intake every time I accelerate.

I would venture to guess a bad windshield seal. If you remove the lower trim around the exterior of the windshield, you may be able to investigate and confirm it.

you think if I put a little sealant on my own beyond the cover its possible to resolve this without removing the windshield? I honestly would hate to take it to the dealer to mess with it considering it took them two attempts before they attempted to replace the belts and this would be the 3rd time for the tpms inquiry. This is why I didnt pick it up days ago. Thanks.

Honestly i'd have to really see the extent of the issue and make a determination after that.

If it is a seal, i might look into having the windshield replaced. When i last had mine dine it was covered by insurance, but the total bill was $275 or so. Since the windshield does play a safety roll, i might look into fixing it.

Thanks bro, if it comes to that point I will mention it to the dealer when I bring it back for the tpms just to cover my ***. Like you said it could potentially be a safety issue that they would have to address. I really heard it on the drive home from the dealer, but on the way to work and home I have not really hard it, but I do feel a little Draft there with my hand. Maybe I am crazy, but I will mention it anyway thanks bros. Anyone have any xp on spec d headlights? Thinking about getting them in the future.

I have the exact same car! I love it!! 82000 is good mileage! My car had 85650 when l got it last yr. Paid 11000 for her. It came with all the service records since new! No tears in the leather she is mint! The X is lots of fun to drive hard into corners on nice warm days and 12 inches of snow too! I get 25 mpg on the highway 20 around town. I only use Premium 93. They also gave me a warranty with it.I had both lower control arms replaced $100. I dont have any noises or drafts. She was a one owner car and well maintained!!!!

Sounds great! Thanks! Yeah I bought the car and love the way it drives and its in great condition, one owner as well. The only thing that kind of gets me is the color, I am so used to silver and gray, just have to get used to it I guess it will grow on me. Any mods to yours?

I installed a 350z cold air intake and had a mid pipe minus resonater with a maegan oe rs muffler installed. Sounds good deeper sound and it added 10 more ponies!

Megan Racing says that's what you gain with the oe rs system. Jersey l know you don't like Megan Racing because of the cost!they just copied the stock system made it out of stainless and 3 inch.and believe it or not it doesn't have that much drone if any.they made it with type 304 stainless which is good there is no carbon in it.I can feel the increase in horsepower in the butt dyno and the performance.

The welds on muffler were nice. I inspected alot of welds on type 304 stainless steel. Type 304 is used in medical equipment because it is non magnetic.the quality of the Chinese work is good.
