G35 2004 Coupe 6MT - What should I look for??

Hello all,

Going to look at a 2004 G35 6MT Coupe this weekend. The seller is asking $12k for the car. It looks clean and has about 65k on it.

Questions:
- Anything to look at for this model? Service records? Any warning signs?
- I think $12k is too high, KBB is around 11.5. Thoughts?
